Stall 11 - American University Ultimate

A brief History of a Team.

Founded in 1998, Stall 11 has recently celebrated its 13th anniversary. In the last decade and a half, the team has managed to move from a group of fun loving guys with a knack for throwing frisbees to a group of fun loving and competitive guys with a knack for throwing frisbees.

2009 was a standout year for Stal 11. After beating Delaware in their last game of sectionals, Stall went to regionals for the first time. However, their success was limited at regionals, leaving the team wanting more.

The Spring of 2011 did not finish as Stall had anticipated. After not making regionals, the team realized it was time for a change. The fall of 2011 was a turning point in Stall 11's history. With much success found in the fall, stall has high hopes for the spring. A return to regionals is what the team predicts.

John Geraghty

John "Lights Out" Geraghty, Alumni, Class of '11John Geraghty, AKA Knife Sandwich, AKA Space Gerodyssey, AKA Sunshine, AKA Brand New Pair of Rollerskates, AKA Shirly Temple, AKA Double Knife Sandwich, AKA, AKA Lights Out, was known mostly for extreme height. John spent the majority of his frazbey days quoting people shorter and funnier than him, while being marginally better at the game they all chose. He's one of only two people to successfully complete the library challenge (he and Danger), and one of only one person to ever successfully complete the library challenge in reality. Highlights of John's college days include making it to regionals, being comically tall, and beating up Jay Marriotti's Girlfriend. John's legacy will be remembered by many Stall generations due to his sincere dedication to the team and propensity for hilarious height discrepancies with opponents.
